We offer Individual Therapy to Young Adults/Millennials who are experiencing mental/emotional distress, focusing on millennial caregivers who are experiencing caregiver fatigue. We also service high school-aged children dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loss/grief, or acute trauma.

The first step is to contact us to schedule a consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss the need for therapy & answer any questions to determine whether we’ll be a good fit. If we are, we will schedule your first session, where we will complete the initial assessment and begin your journey to a healthier mental/emotional lifestyle.

Yes. In addition to self pay, we accept various insurances. We also offer super bills for our out of network clients. Please contact us to find out if we are in network with your insurance.

Our fee for Individual Therapy is $125 per 45 min session. Our Therapeutic Maintenance service fee is $175 per visit and is also 45 min.

No, we do not prescribe medication.

We use an eclectic approach to therapy where we use various theoretical orientations & techniques that best fit each client at that specific moment.

Therapy can last anywhere from one session to several months or even years. It all depends on each client’s needs. We offer one-time therapy sessions for anyone looking for support while going through a specific issue. (Please see Therapeutic Maintenance Service for more details).
